In 2005, I graduated with a Masters in School Counseling from the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley. Since then, I have worked primarily in schools in and around Denver.
I received my Licensed Professional Counseling credential in February, 2015 and began working as a therapist in private practice with adults who have experienced trauma, anxiety, and stress.
I have also gained valuable experience as a WINGS Foundation volunteer for facilitating support groups of adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse.
I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
